Site Intervention Facilitator applicants must include a copy of:

- Current typing (no later than two years) certificate with a minimum of 40 wpm. Online typing certificates are not acceptable.

- Current CPR and 1st Aid cards It is the applicant's responsibility to get completed application and required documentation/attachments to us before the posting closes.
