GATEWAY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT SCHOOL YEAR:
Cook - Shasta Lake School 6.00 hrs/day Shift schedule: 6:30 a.m.
- 1 p.m. (1/2 hour unpaid lunch) SALARY: $19.16 - $26.14 per/hr - Range E (Includes vacation factor) 182 work days (14 District paid holidays) Includes contribution to a retirement system and access to health, dental, and vision benefits with District contribution EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Any combination of experience and training that would provide the required knowledge and skill. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and skill would be:
Experience
• One year of experience in quantity baking, cooking, salad preparation and food service facility maintenance in a commercial, institutional or school food service facility. Education
• Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, supplemented by training or coursework in nutrition and in safety and sanitation procedures, or related areas.
