Special Day Classroom Teacher - Grand Oaks Elementary (Mild/Moderate) Grades 1st-2nd

Certificated vacancy for the  school year. Current Gateway USD certificated employees must submit a request for consideration to the Director of Human Resources on or before the deadline. Gateway USD employees are welcome to submit an application packet on Edjoin. Interns are welcome to apply.

Salary:
Based on 184 work days $61,489 - $128,046. Master's Degree Stipend: $1,500.00. Doctorate's Degree Stipend: $1,500.00. $10,000 signing bonus:
The district will offer a $10,000 signing bonus to all newly hired employees. The payment shall be made as follows: 1st payment ($4,000) September 2026 payroll. 2nd payment ($6,000) upon completion of positive evaluation. New hire is defined as someone not currently employed in a District position.

Special qualifications including knowledge, skills and abilities:
Mild/Moderate Credential Position requires a valid California Teaching Credential or California Teaching Commission approved document authorizing service in the assignment, including CLAD certification.
