Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Regional Curriculum & Instruction Specialist to lead high-quality instructional design and implementation across multiple special-education sites. In this role, you will design and align standards-based curriculum, model evidence-based teaching strategies, and support teachers serving K-12 students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special needs. You will analyze student data, coach educators, coordinate professional development, and collaborate with clinical and behavior teams to ensure individualized, rigorous, and accessible learning experiences that drive student growth and district partnership success.
Responsibilities
- Design and align standards-based curriculum for K-12 special-education programs
- Model and coach evidence-based instructional strategies for teachers
- Analyze student achievement and behavior data to inform instruction
- Lead and coordinate staff professional development and training
- Ensure curriculum accessibility for students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with clinical, behavioral, and related service teams
- Support implementation of IEP goals within instructional planning
- Monitor instructional quality across multiple school sites
- Provide instructional resources and tools to educators and support staff
- Partner with school leaders and districts to support program outcomes
