We're looking for a Geotechnical Engineer (Civil) to join a well-established geotechnical engineering and materials testing firm. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role while working on diverse projects that support the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead geotechnical engineering projects.
- Perform site investigations, geological mapping, and site inspections.
- Prepare and review geotechnical reports.
- Mentor junior staff and support project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients and project teams.

Redding, CA (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Qualifications- PE or GE License (California preferred)
- 3–5+ years of geotechnical/geological engineering experience
- Experience with geotechnical investigations, site mapping, and technical report preparation
- Strong communication and project management skills
