Your New Role

Working with a range of clients from owner management business through to international corporations across a range of industries. You will provide exceptional transaction tax and advisory work, to both purchasers and sellers management teams, alongside a world class corporate finance and transaction diligence team. The role will be heavily focussed on the hands on tax work, rather than project management.

Furthermore, you will be heavily involved in due diligence, transaction structuring and also business development, which is optional.

Ensuring Your Success

Ideally will have prior experience within a financial services organisation, at manager level. ACA or CTA qualification is a must, with extensive experience in corporate tax, ideally with an emphasis on M&A. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
