Job Summary and Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for the administration and direct application of Speech/Language Pathology treatment modalities as prescribed by a referring physician. The incumbent evaluates plans, directs, and treats all patients referred to speech/language according to the practice and standards of the American Speech and Hearing Association and California Board of Speech Pathology. The incumbent also provides pathology treatments to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury.

When called upon, the incumbent shall assist in risk evaluation and work collaboratively with facility/entity leaders to implement, monitor and mitigate risk corrective plans outlined by the Compliance program.
Required
- Current California Speech/Language Pathologist license
- One year of experience as a speech therapist
- Knowledge and ability to perform a speech pathology assessment and evaluation
- Knowledge of principles, concepts, diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for speech therapy
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
- Current BLS certification required (must be certified through an American Heart Association provider)
- Offering a 7,500 Sign-on Bonus for qualified applicants

$46.39 - $69.00 /hour
