Patient Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient experiences and work well within a team. This is a full‑time position with benefits.

• Greeting patients
• Checking patients in and out
• Collecting patient insurance information
• Collecting and processing payments
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining patient records
• Answering the telephone
• All other duties as assigned

• We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train; experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus

• Wage: $20–25 per hour, DOE
• 90‑day review and wage assessment, with potential for an increase
• 40‑hour work week
• Health insurance benefit after 30 days; all other benefits eligible after a 90‑day probation period
• 40 hours of vacation (accrued annually); doubles at year 3 of service
• 5 days of sick pay per year
