A highly respected air medical transport program is expanding its flight team and is seeking experienced Paramedics who are ready to deliver advanced critical care in high-acuity, time-sensitive environments.

This role offers the opportunity to provide rotor-wing and fixed-wing transport care alongside a team known for strong clinical standards, advanced equipment, and an exceptional safety culture. The organization is deeply committed to training, continuing education, and long-term career growth.

• Sign-on bonus
• Potential annual earnings: $55,000–$79,000 (based on location and experience)
• Quarterly performance bonuses and annual incentives
• Continuing education allowance

• Deliver high-acuity patient care during rotor-wing and fixed-wing transports
• Operate at the top of your paramedic scope in dynamic clinical environments
• Collaborate closely with a specialized critical care team
• Maintain clinical excellence in time-sensitive scenarios

• Active Paramedic certification
• Minimum of 3 years 911/pre-hospital experience (busy systems preferred)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, PHTLS/ITLS required
• NRP preferred
• FP-C required within 24 months of hire
• Prior flight or transport experience preferred, but not required
