Must be able to float between our clinics in Anderson, Shasta Lake, and Enterprise, CA )
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Minimum Requirements (Required):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Current CPR or BLS card (must remain active)
- Proof of current immunizations and TB screening
- Fluency in another language is a strong plus
- Prior leadership experience REQUIRED (ex: lead, supervisor, trainer, shift lead, team lead, or similar)
- Ability to float between our facilities in Anderson, Shasta Lake, and Enterprise, CA (reliable transportation required)
Certifications (Preferred, Not Required):
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Dental Assistant Certification
- 8-Hour Infection Control Certificate
- California Dental Practice Act Certificate
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Healthcare or customer-facing experience (helpful, but not required)
As our Dental Assistant / Medical Assistant, you will:
- Coordinate Preventative Dental Evaluations using tele-health platforms
- Collect medical histories, capture diagnostic data, and organize patient records for remote dentist review
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the virtual visit process and answering questions
- Maintain accurate documentation while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality
