The RoleThe Community Development Manager drives territory growth by building and strengthening relationships with community-based referral sources and health plan partners. This role focuses on generating leads, referrals, and admissions through consistent in-field outreach, strategic account development, and value-based education. The Manager leverages structured sales planning, performance data, and community partnerships to expand access to non-medical caregiving services for underserved populations while achieving defined revenue and growth targets.
This is a hybrid position, with up to 80% of time in the field
What You Bring To The Table- 1–2+ years of sales, business development, or community outreach experience
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Experience working in healthcare, social services, or managed care environments preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role while maintaining structured reporting and accountability
- Strong relationship-building and networking capability
- Effective presentation and public speaking skills
- Strategic planning and territory management
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and value-based messaging skills
- Organization and disciplined follow-through
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
