Dental Sterilization Technician

Our practices are owned by one doctor and managed by a team of people united by the goal of helping as many patients as possible experience dental surgery in a positive way. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent patient experiences and work well within a team. This is a full-time position with benefits.

• Prepare all treatment rooms for safe, predictable, and high-quality surgery for patients
• Treatment room set-up, decontamination, sterilization of all instruments, cleaning, and restocking
• Order supplies
• Break down and dispose of supply cardboard boxes, as needed
• Take radiographic images as prescribed by the doctor (after proper certification, which we will provide)
• Maintain awareness of the comfort and safety needs of patients
• Communicate with other essential team members to coordinate patient flow and comfort
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• We are more interested in finding the right candidate and are willing to train, but experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus
• High school diploma
• Sustained positivity and energy throughout the day
• Communicates clearly with patients and all team members
• Attention to detail
• Professionalism

• Wage: $17–$20 per hour DOE
• 90-day review and wage assessment, with potential for increase
• 36–40 hour work week
• Health insurance benefit after 30 days; all other benefits eligible after the 90-day probation period
• 40 hours of vacation (accrued annually), doubling at year 3 of service
• 5 days of sick pay per year
• 5 paid holidays
