Out-Patient and Early Intervention Hybrid - Part-Time
Pay: $57-$65 per hour

S P O T, Inc. is seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to our cliental. You will work collaboratively with a team of therapists and support staff to deliver individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each child.

RequirementsResponsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the physical therapy needs of each child.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve motor skills, strength, mobility, and overall physical function
- Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions
- Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and continuity of care
- Participating in team meetings, case conferences, professional development activities, and interdisciplinary evaluations as needed
- Supervision of PTAs as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited college or school
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Specialization or experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques, equipment, and interventions is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
- Basic understanding of how to use EMR system or willingness to learn
