Willow Springs Memory Care seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing team in our memory care community in California. The role covers assessment, planning, implementations and reevaluation of resident needs, ensuring person-centered care and compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate has at least three years in a senior living setting, with one year in management, a current Nursing License, and CPR/First Aid. The night-shift position runs Thursday–Saturday, 5:30 pm–6:00 am.
