Physical Therapist

Artemis Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our client’s growing home health team in Redding, CA
. This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys autonomy, one‑on‑one patient care, and helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their own homes.

• Active California Physical Therapist license
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation

• Previous home health experience
• Experience providing care to adult and geriatric patients
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time-management skills

• Complete in-home physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s functional needs and goals.
• Provide skilled therapy interventions focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention, mobility techniques, and safe completion of daily activities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate throughout the course of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation while managing an assigned patient territory.
