• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Make beds, replace linens, and restock supplies as needed.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout the property.
• Dispose of trash and recycling promptly.
• Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs.
• Keep the housekeeping and linen areas organized and well-stocked.
• Inspect all rooms and ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards.
• Respond to requests and/or guest complaints with professionalism and patience.

• A true team player — willing to help and communicate effectively.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently and maintain a high level of performance.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and handle repetitive motion tasks.
• Reliable, efficient, and attentive to detail.
• A positive attitude and pride in maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred.
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality.
• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Capable of light lifting and standing for long periods.
