O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable care services company to find their next Relations Specialist. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high-volume onboarding process while serving as the point of contact for new caregivers.

Care Coordinator/Relations Specialist Compensation:
  • $25 per hour (DOE)

Care Coordinator/Relations Specialist

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the caregiving, healthcare, human services, or a related field is required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with onboarding, compliance, or records management preferred
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume workload (50–80 onboardings per month)
  • Proficient with digital documentation systems (Docu Sign experience a plus)
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and elevate issues appropriately
Care Coordinator/Relations Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers throughout the onboarding process
  • Guide caregivers through all required onboarding and compliance steps
  • Manage and track onboarding progress for 50–80 caregivers per month
  • Prepare, send, track, and archive onboarding documentation
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready caregiver records
  • Initiate and monitor background checks to ensure compliance with company and state requirements
  • Ensure caregivers are fully approved prior to activation
  • Communicate expectations, timelines, and requirements clearly to caregivers
  • Coordinate onboarding status with internal teams including payroll, case management, and administration
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to support scalability
