Overview
Custom Personnel is seeking someone to join our team! We're looking for an outgoing, driven, sales-oriented individual to train into a recruiter. If you are interested in staffing, and aren't afraid of cold calling, we'd love to speak with you.
Responsibilities- Train into a recruiter role.
- Engage in staffing activities and client outreach, including cold calling.
- Think outside the box and develop new ways to land clients.
- Outgoing, driven, and sales-oriented with strong communication skills.
- People person who can work independently without supervision.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of social media marketing is helpful.
This position is 31 hours per week with paid holidays. Base pay + commission.
