- Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.
- Act as the trusted partner when addressing employee issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Participate as appropriate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Support the performance appraisal process, providing tools and guidance for effective evaluations.
- Help track employee performance metrics and facilitate performance improvement plans.
- Facilitate employee development programs and succession planning initiatives.
- Assist in developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures in line with legal regulations and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Maintain and analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Prepare regular reports on HR activities, employee engagement, and turnover trends.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys or diversity and inclusion programs.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master’s degree or HR certification preferred. - 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and HR practices.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful at building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
