Your Role

The Advanced Analytics team at Stellarus is at the forefront of driving innovation through AI. As the Senior Manager of AI Engineering, reporting to the Director of Advanced Analytics, you will spearhead initiatives that elevate our enterprise analytics capabilities. Your leadership will focus on automation, AI-driven solutions, and cutting-edge data platforms, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with our organizational goals.

• College degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years in relevant roles, including at least 4 years in management.
• Proven leadership in implementing processes, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Advanced technical expertise and business acumen, including financial analysis, risk management, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, automation frameworks, and integration of cognitive APIs.
• Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Power Shell) and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD concepts (such as Terraform).
• Extensive experience managing Databricks environments, focusing on data engineering, analytics, and machine learning tasks.
• Understanding of network principles, architecture, and security concepts.

This is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance as part of our collaborative workplace model. Team members will typically come into the office two days per week. Employees located more than 50 miles from an office will coordinate in-office days with their manager based on business requirements.
