PrestigePEO is seeking a motivated Helpdesk Administrator to join our IT team in Redding, CA. The ideal candidate will provide timely technical support to employees and clients across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include cloud support, IT asset management, and onsite installations.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have over 4 years of hands-on IT support experience, particularly in cloud and SaaS environments. A knowledge of PEO environments is a bonus.
The salary range for this position is $60K - $65K based on experience.
