RealREPP is partnering with a long-established independent insurance agency in the greater Redding area to hire an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager
.
Our client has built a strong reputation for client service, integrity, and long-term relationships while continuing to grow its commercial insurance business. This position will manage a diverse book of commercial accounts while serving as a primary point of contact for clients, carriers, and other partners.
Job Duties- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial insurance clients and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
- Manage the renewal process, including gathering underwriting information, analyzing exposures, remarketing accounts, reviewing quotes, and coordinating placement
- Advise clients on coverage needs and respond to questions regarding policies, coverage, billing, and other account matters
- Handle a variety of Commercial Lines coverages, including General Liability, Property, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Umbrella, and BOP
- Process and review policies, endorsements, audits, ACORD forms, and other account documentation for accuracy
- Coordinate quoting, binding, invoicing, premium finance, and other ongoing account servicing needs
- Maintain organized account records and stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and relevant industry changes
- Commercial Lines insurance experience, ideally within an independent insurance agency
- Active California Property & Casualty license
- Strong knowledge of General Liability, Property, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, Umbrella, and BOP coverages
- Experience with surplus lines and related invoicing processes highly preferred
- Strong client service, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, anticipate client needs, and manage multiple priorities
