Bilingual DSP / CFS Specialist
Starting Pay Range: $22.50-$28.50/hr
Are you passionate about helping adults with developmental disabilities live more independently - while staying connected to family, culture, and community?
We're hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) DSP / Coordinated Family Support (CFS) Specialist to join our growing team. This is your chance to support dreams, uplift families, and be part of a compassionate, forward-thinking agency.
About the Role:- Teach life skills and support clients in reaching their personal goals
- Help with scheduling, case management, and advocacy
- Lead fun and meaningful individual and group learning activities
- Connect families to community resources
- Celebrate and respect each client's unique culture, language, and needs
- Bilingual (Spanish) - Required
- Associate's degree OR 3 years' experience in human services
- Valid driver's license (3+ years), clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass background check and drug test (we cover the cost!)
- CPR & First Aid before hire (we'll pay for it!)
- Passion for advocacy and disability rights is a huge plus!
Work directly with clients in their homes and communities.
