: an Executive Assistant who is equally fluent in operations, systems, communication, and human dynamics. This role exists to protect strategic focus, convert vision into execution, and ensure the organization moves forward with calm precision.
This is not a traditional administrative position. It is a senior EA / Operations hybrid role designed for someone who wants proximity to leadership, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing RIA.

The Role at a GlanceYou Will Work Directly With The CEO To
- Protect time, energy, and strategic focus
- Translate vision into systems, projects, and operating rhythms
- Increase clarity, accountability, and follow-through across the firm
- Elevate a high-trust, relationship-driven client experience
- Serve as a connector across operations, marketing, compliance, and advisors
This role requires mastery of systems and mastery of presence.
CompensationCompensation: $50,000 – $75,000 per year
