Are you passionate about leading high-performing teams and ensuring seamless practice operations? Join us as a Practice Success Director and become a key driver of excellence in our patient- and referral-centered practice. We are looking for an organized, strategic leader with the ability to align teams, enhance operational efficiency, and create an outstanding patient experience. As our Practice Success Director, you will oversee daily operations, foster team growth, and implement systems that ensure success for the practice, team, and patients.

What You’ll Do:
  • Build and Align Teams:
    Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams across all practice areas, fostering alignment with the practice’s mission and goals.

  • Enhance Operational Excellence:
    Oversee systems, processes, and schedules to ensure daily operations run smoothly and meet performance goals.

  • Champion a Patient-Centered Mission:
    Ensure every team member and process aligns with delivering exceptional patient care, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.

  • Drive Success Through Indicators:
    Use growth and outcome indicators to set priorities, measure progress, and adapt strategies to support practice success.

  • Lead Collaborative Planning:
    Organize and lead daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews to assess performance, celebrate achievements, and set actionable goals.

  • Strategic planning and organizational abilities to manage high-value activities effectively.

  • Strong communication skills for team development and stakeholder engagement.

Education/

Experience:
  • Two years of college or equivalent work experience in a leadership role.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Wage: $65,000 to $80,000 per year (DOE)

  • Bonuses based on performance

  • 90-day review and wage assessment, with potential for an increase

  • 40 hour workweek

  • Health insurance benefits available at 30 days; all other benefits eligible after a 90-day probationary period

  • 40 hours of vacation (accrued annually) doubling at year 3 of service

  • 5 paid sick days per year

  • 5 paid holidays

  • Medical, vision, and dental coverage available

  • 401(k) Employer contribution
