The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all work is delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget. This role serves as the primary point of coordination between clients, field crews, project engineers, and company leadership.

The Project Manager provides strategic oversight, manages resources, and ensures project objectives, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This position plays a critical role in driving efficient project execution and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies
  • Coordinate and allocate personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to support project execution
  • Lead, support, and oversee project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and performance expectations
  • Serve as the primary communication link between stakeholders, clients, field teams, and internal departments
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues and risks proactively
  • Track project costs, approve expenditures, and ensure adherence to budget requirements
  • Ensure all project work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources in a controlled and documented manner
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and records
  • Oversee project closeout, including final deliverables, client approval, and post-project evaluations
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in project management within construction, forestry, vegetation management, utilities, or related industries
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proven experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination
  • Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and quality control practices
  • Proficiency with project tracking, reporting, and documentation tools
