Mt Shasta Mall- Part-Time Manager

• Base Pay $18.00 - $21.00 / Hour
• Employee Type Part Time Non-Exempt

Sales and Service: Meet sales targets, promote daily deals, and provide great guest service.

Ear Piercing: Complete training to safely perform ear piercings and teach guest proper aftercare.

Store Operations: Help manage inventory, run cash registers, and keep the store clean and visually appealing.

Team Support: Assist the store manager in leading team members and setting a positive energy on the sales floor.

Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience, with some leadership or sales background.

Skills: Good communication, basic math for cash handling, and comfort working scheduled shifts (sometimes alone).
