This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager based in Redding, CA. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of our production facilities in Bella Vista to ensure the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of beneficial organisms. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating production schedules, optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves implementing process improvements and collaborating with quality control teams to meet operational and customer requirements.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Minimum of 2 years of direct supervisory experience overseeing 30+ employees in a production, agricultural, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards
• Knowledge of biological pest control, agriculture, or related fields is advantageous
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements
• Proficiency in relevant software and production management tools
• Associate degree in Agriculture, Biology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
