Instrument Production Technicians – Up to $23.74/hr – Redding, CA

This Redding-based opportunity is ideal for experienced technicians with a background in electronics, soldering, and instrument assembly. • Proven soldering experience (must appear on resume)
• 1–3 years of experience in instrument, electronics, or equipment assembly
• Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings
• Familiarity with hand tools, test equipment, and basic electrical components
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive hand motions

• Experience soldering wiring harnesses or PCBs
• Prior use of calipers, micrometers, and voltmeters
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Adobe Acrobat
• A strong record of job longevity and reliability
