The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to learn technical assembly processes, and some form of electrical knowledge or hands-on electrical/handyman experience. Candidates do not need prior panel-building experience, but should be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with wiring, tools, and technical instructions.
Electrical Panel Assembly Technician Compensation
- $18.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of work experience requiring electrical knowledge, wiring familiarity, or handyman-level electrical skills
- Panel-building experience not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Minimum one year of experience in a fast-paced work environment supporting clients or customers
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and productive in high-pressure situations
- Positive teamwork skills and professional interpersonal communication
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform regular standing, bending, and detailed hand work
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance for occasional local travel
- Build and assemble electrical panels, wiring, and circuit boards according to detailed work orders
- Operate automated machinery and specialized tools to complete precision assembly tasks
- Maintain strict copy-exact standards across all builds with minimal defects or rework
- Follow technical instructions, quality standards, and feedback to ensure production excellence
- Demonstrate consistency, accuracy, and high attention to detail in all work performed
- Rapidly learn new technical concepts, products, and processes
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Comply with all workplace safety guidelines, protocols, and legal requirements
