Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP)
Start Date:
7/13/2026 — Pay Rate: $106.70 – $115.50
This facility is seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and Requirements- Schedule:
All shifts 7a-5p onsite then night call 5p-7a. Call back is very minimal. - Practice Setting:
Level II Trauma Center. - Types of Cases:
Approximately 10–11 heart surgeries per month. - Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Cerner Care B with Surgi Net. - Certifications
Required:
Board Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). - Licensure
Required:
California.
- Typical medical or dental malpractice insurance arranged for contractor providers.
