Location: All Easton, Redding and Region 9 Schools
Date Available: as needed
Salary: $38.00/hour. No benefits.
Duties:- Provide nursing services to students and the school community as needed
- Administer medications as required by doctor's order
- Monitor student health plans
- Collaborate with school personnel and parents
- Provide emergency treatment as needed to staff and students
- State of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Ability to function autonomously within guidelines
- Strong assessment skills, good communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse population
- Familiarity and comfort with computer programs
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
