Position: RN Registered Nurse RN Full Time Days Critical Care 10K RN

Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team for full‑time day shift at Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA. A $10,000 sign‑on bonus is offered with a new Clinical Career Ladder that provides opportunities for pay increases.

Hospital Details

Vibra Hospital of Northern CA is a 50‑bed Critical Care Hospital and a 32‑bed SNF offering long‑term acute care services. The environment is fast‑paced and friendly, with patients requiring complex care for trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning.

Responsibilities

The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Healthcare’s mission and values. This role includes direct care, delegation, and supervision of nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Key tasks involve demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality of care, establishing professional relationships, and developing specialty expertise.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Current, valid, active RN license in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor.
  • Current ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor within six (6) months of hire.
Additional Qualifications/Skills
  • Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Compensation

The wage range for this role is $41.00 to $64.56 per hour, based on skill set, experience, education, licensure, and business needs. Weekday night shift differential is $5.00/hour. Weekend night shift differential is $6.50/hour. LVN/RN may be eligible for NOC & weekend day differentials ranging from $3.00 to $6.50 per hour, depending on the date/time worked.
