Position

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – PRN

Location:

Redding, CA

Hourly rate: $33 per hour.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor vital signs, blood glucose, seizure activity, skin integrity, and overall health status.
• Provide skilled nursing care within LVN scope of practice.
• Schedule and coordinate routine and specialty medical appointments.
• Ensure medical documentation accompanies residents to appointments.
• Receive, process, and implement physician orders promptly and accurately.
• Track follow‑up appointments, labs, and referrals to ensure completion.
• Maintain accurate medication administration records (MARs) and clinical documentation.
• Report changes in condition to RN and medical providers.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Respond appropriately to medical emergencies.

• Active LVN license in good standing.
• Current driver’s license.
• Experience in long‑term care, developmental services, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
