Dignity Health Medical Group – North State is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well-established Primary Care team in Redding, CA. Both new grads and experienced providers are invited to apply.

• First year compensation potential up to $188,000, not including wRVU productivity incentive
• Base salary: $160,000
  • Annual Quality incentive up to $6,000
  • Up to $10,000 sign‑on incentive
  • Up to $10,000 relocation incentive available
  • Uncapped wRVU‑based productivity incentive
  • Retirement plan contribution of $11,000‑14,000/year (up to 6-9% total employer contribution)
    • Up to 3% retirement plan match
    • Up to 6% additional retirement employer contribution

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
