Roles & Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the ICU unit
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Coordinate patient care plans and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation
- Strong clinical knowledge in critical care
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in electronic health records

Requirements- Current and valid RN license in California
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years ICU nursing experience
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
