Position: RN Supervisor Full Time Days Critical Care

Hospital Details

Vibra Hospital of Northern California, located in Redding, CA, is a 50 bed Critical Care Hospital and a 32 bed SNF providing long‑term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The hospital offers an opportunity to work in a fast‑paced and friendly environment where employees can really get to know their patients and families.

Responsibilities

Responsible for delivery of efficient, high‑quality patient care. Manage personnel and coordinate nursing service activities for the scheduled shift in accordance with hospital policies. Work with employees and managers to develop systems and procedures for daily operations, provide training, information, and support to solve problems, and accomplish assigned objectives.

Required Skills
  • Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing.
  • Active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
Additional

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred; critical‑care experience preferred.
  • Three (3) years experience in an acute care setting preferred; prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • CCRN preferred.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Free from illegal use or effects of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Compensation

The wage range for this role is $44.00/hr to $67.56/hr, depending on skill set, experience, education, licensure, and other factors.
