Overview
We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team for a full-time day shift. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a new Clinical Career Ladder that allows eligible employees to earn pay increases after successful completion of the Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert levels.
Hospital DetailsVibra Hospital of Northern California, located in Redding, CA, is a 50-bed critical-care hospital and a 32-bed skilled nursing facility (SNF) that provides long-term acute care services for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Patients often require additional critical care for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious disease, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. The hospital offers a fast-paced, friendly work environment where nurses can get to know patients and families.
ResponsibilitiesThe RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. Responsibilities include direct patient care, delegating and supervising all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act, demonstrating clinical competence, managing patient care, improving quality of care, establishing professional relationships, utilizing professional skills, fulfilling hospital responsibilities, and developing clinical expertise per specialty.
RequiredSkills
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.
- Current ACLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required within six months of hire.
- Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

The wage range for this role is $41.00 to $64.56 per hour, based on skill set, experience, education, training, licensure, certifications, and other organizational needs.
Shift DifferentialsWeekday Night Shift Differential: $5.00 per hour
Weekend Night Shift Differential: $6.50 per hour
LVN/RN may also be eligible for the NOC & Weekend Day differentials ranging from $3.00 to $6.50 per hour, depending upon date/time worked.
