Vibra Hospital of Northern California in Redding, CA is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead nursing care on the unit. You will coordinate delivery of care using the nursing process, supervise staff, and support interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in California, BLS and ACLS within 6 months, and at least one year of med/surg hospital experience. Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.
