Registered Nurse – Home Health | Redding, CA | 13 Weeks Contract

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Home Health to deliver skilled nursing services throughout the Redding, CA community. • Position: Registered Nurse – Home Health
• Location: Redding
• Contract Length: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Day Shift
• Schedule: 5×8
• Experience Required: 2 Years
• Weekly Pay: $2870 to $3070

• Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, catheter care, and disease management
• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding medications, treatments, chronic disease management, and home safety
• Coordinate care with physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, social workers, and case managers
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Assess home environments and recommend interventions to improve patient safety and independence
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to physicians and supervising clinicians
• Participate in discharge planning and ongoing patient care coordination
• Maintain compliance with home health regulations, infection prevention standards, and agency policies
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while promoting independence and improving quality of life

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health nursing experience
• Current BLS Certification required
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance for patient home visits
• Strong assessment, wound care, medication management, and patient education skills
• Experience with OASIS documentation preferred
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a daily patient schedule
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality home healthcare services
