Registered Nurse - Med Surg
This is a 13-week contract position.
07:00 PM - 07:30 AM
The Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical unit. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' needs, ensuring optimal outcomes and adherence to best clinical practices.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and response to treatment.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Active RN licensure.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination/declination.
- Completion of required drug screening and background checks.
