Per Diem Emergency Room Registered Nurse
This is a 13-week contract position.
10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
The Per Diem Emergency Room Registered Nurse will provide critical care services in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medication, coordinating treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients in the emergency department.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and other nursing staff for patient care planning.
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
Educate patients and families about ongoing care and management.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
Preferred: EDAP I and II / ENPC certifications (60 days to obtain allowed).
Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or declination.
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
