Health Yes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California’s northern Sacramento Valley near Chico.
This opportunity offers a rewarding anesthesia practice within a supportive clinical environment serving patients throughout Chico, Oroville, and the surrounding region.
Position Highlights- Permanent, full-time CRNA position
- Annual salary range of $300,000–$400,000

- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations
- Develop individualized anesthesia-care plans
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
- Manage airway and perioperative patient needs
- Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases
- Provide postoperative anesthesia and pain-management support
- Communicate effectively with patients and members of the care team
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in quality and patient-safety programs
- Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
- Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility
- Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- PALS certification when required
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based anesthesia environment
- Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Annual salary: $300,000–$400,000
- Final compensation based on experience and qualifications
