2026Seasonal Positions Available
We’re hiring for the upcoming season! These roles are ideal for individuals passionate about conservation, outdoor recreation, and hospitality. You’ll play a vital role in preserving and sharing the natural beauty of this iconic region.
Campground OpeningsWe currently have openings at Tannery Gulch, Antlers, Mary Smith, Ackerman, Bushytail, and Hirz Bay. Each location offers a distinct work environment:
- Site counts range from 17 to 89 per campground.
- Amenities vary: some sites include hookups for water, electricity, or sewer, while others provide a rustic, off‑grid experience. Most sites have all amenities available. Mary Smith offers a sewage service to clean out RVs, and Hirz Bay operates on solar power, which runs for approximately 4 hours per day.
- Responsibilities differ by location, offering a diverse and dynamic work experience.
Expected weekly hours: 30‑40 hours with potential fluctuations based on business and staffing needs.

SummaryThe primary objective of the Parking Attendant is to monitor and manage safety standards and compliance with regulations in a designated area.
Responsibilities- Is a friendly and helpful resource for visitors; notifies supervisor immediately of any guest dissatisfaction.
- Collects fees and ensures proper payments have been made; ensures vehicles are issued proper permits.
- Issues tickets for non‑payment of fees.
- Ensures fee and information boards are accurate, neat, and in compliance with agency partner guidelines.
- Keeps accurate records of all fees collected and writs of non‑compliance.
- Ensures all visitors are following rules and regulations.
- Handles emergencies proficiently; directs emergency vehicles, communicates concerns clearly and immediately.
- Communicates with supervisor and/or maintenance staff for parking, non‑compliance concerns, maintenance or safety issues.
- Inspect launch ramps, campgrounds, and surrounding area continually to ensure their cleanliness and safety.
- Promotes various company and agency partner programs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have access to reliable transportation; is bondable.
- Possesses good communications skills, a courteous demeanor, and a helpful attitude.
- Able to work weekends and holidays, early mornings, evenings and holidays.
- Possesses a genuine concern for guests' experience and willingness to talk to people.
- Familiarity with boating rules and regulations, the geography of the lake(s), and recreational opportunities available to visitors.
- Excellent math aptitude, record keeping, and cash handling experience.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Willingness and ability to remain stationary for long periods of time and/or consistently move about the facility.
- Able to work in varying weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and be insurable through our motor vehicle carrier.
