Role Description

The Bilingual Sales Associate will support clients throughout the real estate transaction process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a positive and client-centered experience. Responsibilities include assisting with property assessments, delivering property tours, client consultations, coordinating transactions, and maintaining open communication. The associate will serve as a trusted guide, offering expert insights into local real estate market trends, neighborhood features, and industry regulations.

Collaboration with team members and delivering exceptional service are critical to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of real estate experience
• Ideal candidate will have closed a minimum of 6-8 real estate transactions.
• Proven proficiency in Sales, Customer Service, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Understanding of real estate processes, property transactions, and familiarity with local market trends and neighborhoods is a plus.
• Organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail to ensure smooth transactions.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as CRM systems, online marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite. Social media and marketing knowledge are advantageous.
• Real Estate License in the state of California (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
