goPuff - - Responsibilities:
Provide an excellent customer experience including cashiering, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving and e-commerce fulfillment;
Maintain store standards through stocking, merchandising and e-commerce operations; recover the store to maintain cleanliness;
Educate and enroll customers into Bev Mo!s Club Bev Program and the Gopuff App;
Use product knowledge to make recommendations and provide solutions including substitutions or special orders;
Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers and ensure accuracy of picked/packed items
