The Service Specialist is an entry‑level position within the Save Mart family of businesses. The role is essential to front‑end operations, providing friendly, fast, and effective customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers.

• Provide a remarkable shopping experience by greeting and engaging each customer, offering assistance, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform store sweeps, focusing on the front‑end and entrance to keep floors free of spills or debris and ensure customer safety.
• Clean registers, belts, check‑stand trash cans, dust shelves, and maintain a neat store environment.
• Collect all shopping carts from the parking lot, keeping the lot cart‑free throughout your shift.
• Conduct price checks and assist with returns, prioritizing perishables.
• Support clerks by bagging groceries quickly and efficiently during busy periods, protecting product quality and condition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• No experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Continuous walking, standing, reaching, and bending.
• Environment includes indoor and outdoor with varying temperatures.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking in English.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong team player who is willing to learn, work hard, and have fun.
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
