Overview

Our store teammates are passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, leveraging in-depth product knowledge, high brand standards, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment guidelines.
• Promote company programs such as the customer loyalty program, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $16.50 - $24.50. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
