Paramount Recovery Services Inc. is a leading direct asset resolution company in the United States. Utilizing state‑of‑the‑art LPR technology, we facilitate smooth asset transitions for clients 24/7. With a commitment to professionalism and over 30 years of experience, we provide reliable service to lenders in the western United States.

The role is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., offering a stable weekday schedule for a dependable and motivated candidate.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Receive vehicles from Recovery Agents or third‑party vendors.
• Clean out vehicles upon return to the lot and bag/tag all personal property.
• Conduct inventory of vehicles, property, and equipment on the lot.
• Work with customers, internal and external, to release vehicles and confirm necessary paperwork.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of both the lot and customer service area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to act discreetly.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision while effectively communicating with others.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes).
• Familiarity with a smartphone and tablet and ability to troubleshoot minor connectivity issues.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work holidays or overtime on weekends as needed.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
