Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Support store operations and contribute to sales initiatives during peak seasons;
Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise on shelves and fixtures;
Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and address guest questions or concerns promptly
